The Woodlands, Texas - Rob Fleming Park is the centerpiece of The Woodlands’ Village of Creekside Park and serves as the gateway to the 1800-acre George Mitchell Nature Preserve. Named after the beloved Texas wildlife artist Rob Fleming, the park features a beautifully crafted stone and timber beam pavilion. Tai chi is a journey that last throughout our lives. Tai chi a journey… starts at the Rob Fleming Plaza and ending at the Lodge in time for the WTCQD events. As you travel through Rob Fleming Park, enjoy the landscape, meet our special guest and learn about Cheng Pang-ling tai chi. During you travel, please feel free to watch students as they play tai chi.

Instructors will be available for free Tai Chi and Qigong breathing classes throughout the morning and to answer questions about the health benefits of Tai Chi.
